A Short Pastoral Letter from the Parish Priest – Living with hope in the Covid-19 Tier 3 restrictions in Christmastide

My dearest Friends in the Lord,
I hope you all had a happy and memorable Christmas although this year it was very different from normal, not been able to be with our families and loved ones in person as we would have liked. Now Christmas is now behind us, but we have begun the Christmastide! I wish you all a happy Christmastide and a Happy New Year, as year we hope to return to our normal lives!
In the Springline Parish we held Christmas Eve Services at Ingham and Burton and Christmas Day Services at Cammeringham, Ingham and South Carlton. There will be no church services or on-line service on zoom on 27th December, the first Sunday after Christmas. I will celebrate a private Eucharist with my wife and will remember each one of your in our prayer. 27th December is also the 37th anniversary of my ordination as a Priest. However, a recorded service will be available from the Diocese of Lincoln website which you can use for your Sunday worship. Please see below the information about the recorded service.
