'Caring for People' – 24-7 – Prayer and Care Ministry

At Springline Parish we are convinced that “24-7 Prayer and Care” for people is really what we should be offering as a Church.

We know people are hurting; people are searching and we want to help. We trust God and His Holy Spirit to guide us in reaching out to people with the love of Jesus Christ.

Hope through caring and praying

Healing Ministry

We want to be a Parish of healing and wholeness. Already we have a Parish Healing Service every four months. We hope to offer such ministry often.

The Prayer List

The weekly pew sheet includes a list of people who have requested.

The Prayer Box

Most churches have a prayer box or prayer board. You can write down your prayer needs and put them into the box. The people listed are prayed for at the intercessions during the services.

Bereavement Ministry

We are developing a small group to keep care for those who are recently bereaved. We hold a special annual Bereavement Service for them in November. This is a gentle and caring ministry and we do all we can to be available for those who grieve the loss of a loved one.

A Parish Prayer Group

A Parish Prayer Group operating jointly with Owmby Group moves around churches every two weeks to pray for local needs and mission of the Church.

Home Communions

If you have a dear one or friend in need of Holy Communion but is unable to make it to church, we could bring Holy Communion to homes. The Blessed Sacrament is reserved at All Saints Church Ingham and we are always delighted to bring the sacrament to anyone wanting to receive Communion.

Blessings

Maybe you are moving into a new house or you have bought a new car or boat or something. And you would like to have it blessed. You might even wish to have your house blessed on an annual basis simply to protect it from all harm and seek God’s blessings.

Please feel free to contact us for such blessings and we would happily come!

For assistance please contact the Ministry Team whose details can be found on the contact page.
