Springline Parish

All Saints' Church,
Ingham

All Saints' Church,
Ingham

All Saints’ Church is a friendly, welcoming church and a service is held every Sunday except the last Sunday of the month, when a United Parish Service is held in one of the Springline churches.

Holy Communion is held on the first and third Sundays of the month and a popular All Age Worship service on the second Sunday, followed by refreshments.

The church is a grade 2 listed building and stands in a well kept churchyard in the Ingham Conservation Area.

The Ingham War Memorial stands in the churchyard and the annual Remembrance Service is extremely well attended.  A history of the Ingham War Memorial is on display in the nave.

The church is mediaeval in origin but was much altered on rebuilding in 1792 and extensively restored in 1896.  The porch was added in 1930.   Plans for toilet and kitchen facilities are well under way.

The beautiful stained glass east window shows the Crucifixion.

In “Lincolnshire Churches Revisited” Henry Thorold describes the church as “devout and devotional and soaked in prayer”.
